JAGGI RAO, MD, FRCPC
President, Director, & Co-Founder
Dr. Jaggi Rao is a double board certified dermatologist (Canada and USA) and a certified cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Rao is a full Clinical Professor of Medicine and served as the Program Director for the Dermatology Residency Training Program at the University of Alberta from 2009 to 2014. He is the founder of the Rao Dermatology Centre, a popular medical & cosmetic dermasurgery facility in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta.
Dr. Rao has won several accolades, including the Canadian Dermatology Association’s Teacher of the Year Award and Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 under 40 Award. He has authored over 50 scientific papers and textbook chapters and given over 500 lectures worldwide.
KAUSHIK VENKATESH, MBA, MPH
Managing Director & Co-Founder | Harvard Medical School
Kaushik Venkatesh is an M.D. Candidate at Harvard Medical School. He received an MPH in Health Policy from The George Washington University Milken Institute of Public Health. During this same time, he worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH/NIAMS) Dermatology Branch as a post-baccalaureate research fellow investigating stem cell models of skin cancer. He also received an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2020. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Biological Science in 2018.
A strong believer in patient and personal advocacy, he has founded several other non-profits. Kaushik has also been authored in numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications with a focus in dermatology and dermatological health disparities. He is also a Board Member of the Loudoun Health Commission, optimizing the public health system of 400k Loudoun County, VA residents.
